I returned items over 6 weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund. I will NEVER EVER order from Everlane again. Really crappy customer service... Don't shop here. It's not worth the headache.
I ordered shoes that are my usual size but did not fit. Everlane refused to exchange or refund my order. I loved the shoes but can't wear them. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever experienced. Thanks Emma&Everlane?!

Shipping is horribly long, they sent me the wrong item The worst quality
Shipping is horribly long, they sent me the wrong item The worst quality This is a scam company!!!!! If I could choose 0 stars, I would.
I ordered several tye dyed dresses using their size chart. They were described as "cotton blend bohemian style." Well, the size L dresses I received would likely fit a very thin 14 year old! They are 100% nylon, poorly sewn, and look I called on the hard-to-find customer service line is seven6zero ₜᵂₒ ₑᵢᴳₕₜ ᶠₒᵤᵣ ₜₕᵣₑₑ ₒₙₑ three one customer service is great in helping to get my shipping label and refund on my order
. I don't want to buy anything else from this company. I finally got a 100 $refund minus an international fee on the refund so basically I lost about 10$ on this deal.
I bought the Everlane cheeky jeans because it's so hard to find 100% denim. I'm so sick of the thin stretchy pants that have come to pass for jeans. The Everlane jeans took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to arrive (not really that bad in Covid times where shipping is really a problem). They arrived and were great right out of the box. Much higher quality than I've seen in jeans in a long time. A fair price for the good quality. I bought the original cheeky ankle jeans which are supposed to be straight fit in a size 34. I fit the size 18/34 according to their size chart and an 18 is my normal size. The legs are a little loose (I never have extra room in the thigh - but these I do - not too much, but not clingy) and at the lower leg i really wanted a narrower bottom, but not looking for the stretch clingy fit. The hip fit perfectly and the waist was slightly loose. They were "ankle" and they come exactly to my mid ankle (26"). I would have preferred them about an inch shorter or an inch longer as they really just look like pants that are just barely long enough, but don't have any aspect of looking like a cropped pant. After wearing for the day, they definitely loosened up and got a little loose in the hip/seat. I wonder if I could fit a 33 instead, but not sure about the hip/thigh as the garment measurement would be about 2 1/2 inches smaller at the thigh and 2 inches smaller at the hip - so out of the box they may be a bit too tight, but I think after the stretch that natural 100% cotton denim gives they would have been perfect. The picture attached still has tags attached and was right out of the box before any stretch occurred.
My mother ordered a dress for me, for my birthday – Nothing has arrived, but they sure took the money. She has heard nothing form them, despite of contacting them several times!!!
Save your money – Don't order from them
I had a great experience & the items I ordered are great quality. I would highly recommend this company!
First order. Nice selection, attractive, wide range of comfortable, quality products. A sustainable, ethical business model. Reasonable pricing.
I've never had any issues shopping with Everlane and they remain one of my favorite stores to shop from. Of course not everything has worked out but returns have been easy. I love their styles, quality, price points for the most part and their efforts towards the environment. The only thing I really wish they would do is allow people to leave reviews who have ordered items. Currently they only let you submit a review if they invite you via email and I do not think this is necessarily fair.
Delivery took forever and there was zero update on tracking for weeks. I finally got a response from customer service and funnily enough my package arrived 3 days after. I was not even impressed with the pants. I don’t know why they are raved about or so expensive because they’re on the same level as some $50 cheap jeans I’ve had. They aren’t flattering and kind of make your butt look like an old lady. I prefer my Levi’s any day. Will be wearing these pants as at home only. I would have just preferred a refund in all honesty
Have now ordered three pairs of jeans and had to return three pairs due to me ordering the wrong size. I have a really good experience taking about a week from dispatch to arrival in the uk and when I returned I got an immediate refund. Not sure why they seem to get bad reviews but my experience has been really good. Totally love my wide leg high waisted jeans I got as well so ordered them in all colours ????
I have no idea what the clothes are like because they never delivered them. They simply took my money and went dark. You cannot speak to a human being. Customer customer service rates a zero.
Ordered pack of 5 cotton face masks that had been recommend by a friend.
These were fabulous quality and a great fit apart from 1 which was ill fitting.
I got onto customer service regarding this and got a response within minutes and confirmation email of a replacement being sent out.
Thank you so much Maria for your help!
Would definitely recommend.
I triple checked my size with the charts they provided, but of the 10 items I ordered, only one fit. All the shirts — which were meant to be an oversized, loose-fit style — fit in the body but were squeezing my arms so tight I couldn’t move them properly. All the pants fit me in the legs but were gaping at my waist, far beyond what a belt could fix. I have fairly average proportions so this is very strange. I returned the items almost two months ago but I’m still waiting for the return to be processed. Everlane says it’s still in transit, but Australia post says it was delivered months ago, and given the quality of their garments I trust aus post far more than Everlane. Their returns policy was what made me feel comfortable ordering items — knowing I could be refunded if they didn’t fit. Extremely disappointing, especially given the company’s supposed reputation for more sustainable clothing. Nothing is sustainable about making poor quality, badly cut clothes and leaving your customers hundreds of dollars worse off for it.
Edit: I read a review here that said to message them on social media about my refund. They replied almost instantly and processed it even though they couldn’t verify the refund. Definitely recommend doing that if you get stuck in the returns process
On Everlane's website you can see exact measurements and what the clothes are made of, which is great. In my case, the coat I got is 100% cotton & water resistant. You can also change the measurement unit from inches to cm if you live outside the US, and it looks like they offer their clothes from size 00 to 16. The online reviews also give you a better understanding of products. It's true that my specific coat fits true to size, and I wanted mine to be oversized which is why I got it in one size bigger.
You can also choose to view the factory in which the products were made, to see the whole process of how the clothes are made, how many employers said company has, and when it was created. You can read about their recent projects and see photos of the workers and the factory.
The shopping experience in itself was very effortless. If you sign up for an account, you can save products and check out effortlessly. The check out process is very easy too, and it seems that anything priced at $100 or over includes free shipping. Size exchanges and returns should be easy to do. I had ordered something before this coat and it was cancelled soon after because they had ran out of stock for that item when I purchased it. I got refunded almost immediately, so it personally wasn't a problem for me.
Overall, the coat feels really high quality and I feel good about my purhcase, so I give Everlane a 4/5. I love Everlane's selection of classic pieces that should last you for a very long time. The pricing also feels good, since we know how these clothes are made. The shipping was also fast, the package shipped to me within a few days of the purchase.
The only things I'd mention is that there is some size inconsistency and not all of their products are eco-friendly. I would recommend always checking the measurements first, as some items run bigger than others. They do have some items that include leather, so keep that in mind if you wish to shop more ethical. I think I'll be shopping from Everlane again.
